What is Not Covered Under This Warranty?

  • Satin Brass is not covered under this warranty.
  • This warranty does not cover certain conditions, including but not limited to:

Exclusions

  • Damage or defects resulting from:
    • Incorrect installation
    • Unauthorized alterations or modifications
    • Improper care or lack of maintenance
    • Improper use, accidental damage, or intentional damage
    • Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches or blemishes
    • Minor manufacturing imperfections that do not affect functionality
    • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers who are not listed as our authorized sellers

  • You must provide proof of purchase from an Authorized Reseller, such as a tax invoice.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the Warranty Period.
  • Please contact an Authorized Reseller to submit your claim, as we are unable to assist directly.
