- The product must be purchased from an Authorized Reseller.
- You must provide proof of purchase from an Authorized Reseller, such as a tax invoice.

- Incorrect installation
- Unauthorized alterations or modifications
- Improper care or lack of maintenance
- Improper use, accidental damage, or intentional damage
- Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches or blemishes
- Minor manufacturing imperfections that do not affect functionality
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers who are not listed as our authorized sellers
Installation Recommendation
We highly recommend that all products be installed by a certified and licensed service agent, technician, or tradesperson. We do not accept responsibility for any labour costs associated with the removal, repair, or reinstallation of products.
In addition, freight, shipping, postage, and handling costs are not covered under this warranty.

Note on Living Finishes
Our brass products feature a hand-applied patina, often referred to as a “living finish.” This finish is designed to age naturally and may change over time due to touch, use, climate, and environmental conditions.
These natural variations are part of the character of the finish and are not considered defects. As such, changes in appearance caused by the living finish process are not covered under warranty.
