What is Not Covered Under This Warranty?
- Satin Brass is not covered under this warranty.
- This warranty does not cover certain conditions, including but not limited to:
Exclusions
- Damage or defects resulting from:
- Incorrect installation
- Unauthorized alterations or modifications
- Improper care or lack of maintenance
- Improper use, accidental damage, or intentional damage
- Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches or blemishes
- Minor manufacturing imperfections that do not affect functionality
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers who are not listed as our authorized sellers

To qualify for this warranty, you must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be purchased from an Authorized Reseller.
- You must provide proof of purchase from an Authorized Reseller, such as a tax invoice.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Warranty claims must be submitted within the Warranty Period.
- Please contact an Authorized Reseller to submit your claim, as we are unable to assist directly.
